Stop Smoking Now before its too late

As many of you who smoke cigarettes, you probably have known many who have died from the effects of smoking.  If you really want to quit smoking cigarettes I suggest either buying nicotine lozenges, nicotine gum, or nicotine transdermal patches.  I have tried them all and I have found that the nicotine patch works the best, in fact I am on my last set of 7 mg patches.  I have known others who have also quit smoking from the nicotine gum, when they get the urge to smoke they chew the nicotine gum.  Depending on how much you smoke before you quit is as to what milligram gum, lozenges and patches to use.  If you smoke more than a pack a day, you should start using the 21 mg transdermal nicotine patch for 6 weeks, then wear a 14 mg patch for a couple of weeks, then to a 7 mg patch for a couple of weeks.  If you choose to chew the gum or lozenges, you should start with the 4 mg product.  Any of these products are better than smoking.
